1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 71bet ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 71bet platform, website, mobile interface, games, and all related services available at 71bet.one (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 71bet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 71bet Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 71bet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided and to request supporting documentation, including a government-issued identification card (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 71bet Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 71bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances and bonuses without prior notice.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 71bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 71bet account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally, unless you have notified 71bet of unauthorized access in accordance with the procedure set out below. 71bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 71bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 71bet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 71bet's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 71bet account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 71bet's payment processing systems. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. 71bet does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require the submission of supporting documentation before processing. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• 71bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

71bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 71bet, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have met the minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

71bet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by 71bet or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panel and represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and the wager refunded at 71bet's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 71bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, RTP figures, or promotional terms.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

71bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the 71bet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering for a 71bet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalized gaming services.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and 71bet in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days from the date on which the dispute is first notified in writing.

71bet operates under the oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe that a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily by 71bet may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint resolution process.
